Enterprise Website Rebuild

Fresh Consulting is a company that has been around since 2007. Their website has seen six major refreshes and countless feature improvements between those. As Fresh Consulting’s company has grown from 20 people to 350, so has the complexity and sophistication of the website.

The website build was a journey that spanned over a year. The role I took was heavily involved from the inception of the project to deploying it live to production. My involvement included the following:

• Determining the technical stack and architecture
•  Collaborating with the design team
• Determining the development scope and timeline
• Overseeing the development build
• Partnering with the project manager to present timeline and budget to stakeholders
